These terms govern access to and use of the Luckynote service. By using the service, a visitor or user agrees to be bound by them.

## Fair Usage Policy

Luckynote states that generous usage limits remain subject to a fair usage policy. It reserves the right to limit or suspend usage it considers excessive, abusive, or far above average customer usage, and may contact the user about an appropriate plan or resolution.

## Subscription

Subscriptions purchased through the website are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle depending on plan. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically under the same conditions. Cancellation can be done through the website or by emailing support@luckynote.io.

## Fee Changes

Luckynote may change subscription fees, with changes taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle after prior notice.

## Refunds

The terms state that all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. This includes subscriptions and lifetime licenses, which are described as non-refundable.

## Limitation of Liability

Luckynote disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the service, subject to applicable law, and says total liability cannot exceed the amount charged from the user in the last six months.

## Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Luckynote and related parties against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from service use or violation of the terms.

## Governing Law

The terms say they are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, with disputes resolved in California courts.

## Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

## Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information, safeguard their password, and notify Luckynote of any security breach or unauthorized use.

## License and Use Restrictions

Each license is stated to be for the personal use of the original purchaser only and may not be resold, transferred, shared, or distributed without written consent. Luckynote reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and licenses used in violation of these restrictions.

## Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

## Changes

Luckynote may modify or replace the terms at its discretion and will attempt to give at least 30 days notice before material revisions take effect.
