Connect WhatsApp

1

Open Luckynote Settings

Sign in to Luckynote. Open Settings and find WhatsApp under Messaging Integrations.

2

Create your connection link

Choose Connect, then open WhatsApp using the link shown in Luckynote.

3

Send the prepared message

Send the prefilled message in WhatsApp to link your account. Return to Luckynote and check that WhatsApp shows as connected.

4

Send something to save

Use that WhatsApp chat to send or forward a message, link, or voice note. Find it in your Luckynote inbox.

Want your voice notes transcribed?

Enable automatic transcription for short voice notes in Luckynote Settings. Send a voice note through your connected WhatsApp chat and read the transcript in Luckynote.

Once connected, you can keep using the same chat whenever you want to save something.

And there's more...

The fast capture habit is the headline, but these details are what make it reliable every day.

Plain-language search

Search by what you remember in your own words, even when you forgot the exact title, site, or format.

Mobile apps

Capture from your phone too, with iPhone and Android apps that keep the same inbox and search everywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Luckynote account first?

Yes. Create an account or sign in before connecting WhatsApp. That is where your saved messages and transcripts will appear.

How do I know WhatsApp is connected?

After sending the prepared linking message in WhatsApp, return to Luckynote Settings. The WhatsApp connection should show as connected.

What if I cannot see the connection option?

Check Messaging Integrations in Luckynote Settings. If the connection is unavailable, follow the availability or retry message shown there.

Where can I read my transcribed voice notes?

Open your Luckynote inbox. Your saved voice note and its transcript stay together, so you can read the text and listen to the audio.
